Q.) How do I add my company?
A.) You can add your company to freebizznet by simply clicking on the Register link at the top of each page. After registration you will receive an activation code in your e-mail box. With this activation code you can start your free account and create and maintain your business listing on freebizznet.

Q.) What information can I publish?
A.) You can publish your company profile, what you re good at,products and services you offer, upload your company logo or a picture of you facility or key product and link to company video clips

Q.) How can I update my information?
A.) You can update your company information any time of the day by simply logging in. Your company page will automatically appear with the edit function to update your information.

Q.) What is a validated member?
A.)A validated member (Free, Premium or VIP) has provided the company information needed to publish business opportunities (oa Chamber of Commerce registration and Company Director information) that you provide will be validated by freebizznet.

Q.) What does the Validation Verified mean?
A.) With the freebizznet Validation Verification (VV) label, your potential partners will know that what you have submitted in your Validation information has been checked and verified by freebizznet.
The freebizznet VV label will give your potential partners more confidence in dealing with you. They will not only know more about your business structure, qualifications, certification and history, but they will also know that this information has been checked by freebizznet.

Q.) What should I do if I have forgotten my password?
A.) Click on the Login at the top of the page, and then click on Lost Password? Type in your user-name and e-mail address and then click on Send Password. We will then email your new password to you.

Q.) What membership types do you support?
A.) Freebizznet has three different memberships:

- Free members are able to publish their company page, are listed in the global B2B database and will be able to publish business opportunities

- Premium members are able to see premium content and use Premium Services such as Business Opportunity contact details and Validation Verification. With the V V Service, freebizznet will verify the validation information you have published about your company, providing more confidence to potential partners.

- VIP members get the highest priority listing, above all Premium and Free membership listings, as well as access to the VIP Club with access to the freebizznet professional  services

Q.) What payment options do you accept?
A.) Website payments are by PayPal. We accept credit cards and PayPal debit payments. You don’t need to have a PayPal account.

Q.) How do I remove my business details on Freebizznet?
A.) If you want to remove your details you first have to log in. After you have logged in with your unique username and password, you can edit or remove your listing.
